These recruiting professionals often move between agencies, but are solely responsible for sourcing talent and bringing qualified candidates to the company as well as employee retention and career progression.

The holiday itself was created and founded by the KRT Marketing agency, an agency that provides talent acquisition services to companies all over the world. They decided to label “Global Talent Acquisition Day” as an opportunity to recognize talent acquisition professionals for their hard work. According to KRT Marketing, many companies wouldn’t have labor today if it wasn’t for talent acquisition team working hard with companies to ensure new employees.

How to celebrate Global Talent Acquisition Day

So, if you want to thank a talent acquisition specialist for their hard work, then thank them through social media. Use the hashtag #GlobalTADay to let everyone know that you recognize, appreciate and thank them for their hard work.
