History of Menopause Month

October was chosen as Menopause Month, with a special focus on October 18th, known as World Menopause Day. These dates encourage discussions about the physical and emotional changes that occur during menopause and highlight available treatment options and support systems.

The creation of Menopause Month has helped break the silence surrounding menopause, encouraging women to share their experiences and seek medical advice.
